Processing Times
Every order is packed with care here at Bad Cowgirl Co. Please allow 2 days for us to prepare your items before they hit the trail. We’ll send you a confirmation email the moment your order rides out.

Please note, our cowgirls value their family time, so we don’t ship out on weekends or holidays. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Domestic Shipping within the UK 
We offer reliable delivery across the UK. Shipping charges are flat, so there are no surprises:

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives in 2–4 business days

  • Orders £100.00 and up ship FREE

  • Orders £0.00–£74.99 ship for a flat rate of £6.99

International Shipping
We’re proud to outfit cowgirls and cowboys worldwide. International shipping rates are flat rates:

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives in 2–11 business days

  • Orders shipped outside your home country may incur duties and taxes (including VAT) once they arrive. These costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep. Please allow [X hours] for tracking updates to appear.

P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on delivering to P.O. Boxes. If possible, please provide a street address to ensure a smooth delivery.
